Conor McGregor uses visualizations, the law of attraction, as well as imagining the fight in his head down to the very punch and way a person will get knocked down.
1 – Imagine the outcome
When you imagine an outcome, the more detail you add to it, the better. Emotion is powerful. As well as what you will feel like when you do win.
The details are what make your vision reality. I do this when I imagine my future 1 year – 5 years from now. I’ve got the exact islands I want to visit–who I’ll be with, and the shaky cramped plane I’ll have to take to get there.
If you read Robert Caildini Pre-Suasion, you will know that simply changing your desktop wallpaper to something tied to your vision, will help you manifest the correct actions to get there.
2 – Use the Law of Attraction
The Law of attraction is focusing on a vision and using that to manifest your reality.
When you focus on a goal, the opportunities will reveal themselves in time.
The Law of Attraction is something you focus on. Whatever that is, you will manifest the correct actions and circumstances to get there. Think of people who focus on negativity. It’s repels and it attracts those types of people.
The opposite is also true. You can attract positive people if that is what you focus on. You will start seeing You can use it for good or bad.
3 – Align habits with vision
If you are visualzing any future you have to align your habits with your vision. If you want to be an author of several novels and you haven’t written a single word, then you won’t get there.
If you want to become the greatest UFC figher but you aren’t going to the gym or training, then no amount of visualization will help you out.
In McGregor’s case, he went and trained on the weekend even though he was working as a full time plumber.
